This Shipping Policy outlines how Verzove Publication handles the delivery of physical books and promotional materials to authors and customers.

Order Processing

Orders for physical copies of books are typically processed within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation. During peak publishing seasons or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Tracking Information

Tracking information will be provided via email within 24 hours after your order ships. You can also track your order through your Verzove account dashboard or by contacting our customer service team.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, some restrictions may apply for certain locations due to logistical constraints or customs regulations. If we are unable to ship to your location, we will notify you promptly and provide alternative options.

Package Protection

All shipments are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. Books are shipped in protective packaging including cardboard wrapping, bubble wrap for delicate items, and weather-resistant outer packaging.

Delivery Issues

Lost Packages

If your package has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us. For domestic shipments, we investigate after 10 business days from shipping date. For international shipments, we investigate after 30 business days from shipping date.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will arrange for replacement shipment at no additional cost.

Address Changes

Address changes can be accommodated if requested before your order ships. Once an order has shipped, we cannot redirect the package. If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.

Author Copy Distribution

Authors receive complimentary copies as specified in their publishing agreement. Additional author copies can be purchased at the author discount rate. Author copies are shipped according to the same timeframes and methods as regular orders.

Bulk Orders

For bulk orders (more than 25 copies), please contact our sales team directly for custom shipping arrangements and special rates. Bulk orders may have different processing times depending on quantity and destination.

Digital Delivery

E-books and digital materials are delivered instantly upon purchase via email download link or through your Verzove account dashboard. If you experience any issues with digital delivery, please contact our customer support team.

Verzove Publication is committed to reducing environmental impact. We use recycled packaging materials wherever possible and are continuously working to optimize our shipping routes to reduce carbon emissions.
